11:59PM	- Deadline for submitting any part of your bid packages for Council feedback - Council will annouce the number of printed bid books needed - No indivudal Bid Committee webinars will be schedule after this date

Saturday, June 22nd, 2013
11:59PM	All requested feedback from Council will be recieved by this date

Saturday, June 29th, 2013
TBD	- Deadline for Final PDF of Bid Package (no changes allowed between this PDF and printed copies) - Deadline for Redacted PDF of Bid Package for sharing with other Bid Committees (all names, phone numbers, email addresses, and signatures removed.) Participation is voluntary based on your committee's group conscience.
